Our Mission

An agronomist, a biologist, and an engineer have joined forces to establish an organic farm at the foot of the Rhodope Mountains. What unites them is their love for the land and the deep connection they’ve had with it since childhood.

They are consolidating their own land in the municipality of Krichim to create a living environment that is supported by nature and its cycles and exists in harmony with the environment and everything that happens in it. The aim is to create a place where people can live in harmony with nature and the environment, where they can live in harmony with themselves and their inner world, and where they can live in harmony with the environment and everything that happens in it.

Our Team

Yuri Dimitrov

Founder - Engineer

Yuri Dimitrov, the founder of the gardening tool brand “Avellina Tools” and an engineer by training, will be responsible for innovations in tools and technologies related to plant cultivation in gardening.

Diliana Tsokova

Agronomist

The organizational and administrative part will be carried out by Diliana Tsokova, who is an agronomist and also actively participates in the cultivation of plants.

Donna Todorova

Biologist

For a year, one of the project’s founders, Donna Todorova—a biologist with many years of experience in flower cultivation—trained at a farm in northern Bulgaria that practices organic farming, called “Food from the Village.” She will be solely responsible for the plants in the garden.

In Harmony with Nature

Their aim is to use all kinds of biological, ecological, and natural farming methods. They follow some of the principles of permaculture planting and biodynamic regenerative agriculture methods, using natural plant protection products to achieve well-being and health at all levels of existence for all participants in the system. The idea is to grow everything, combining plants in such a way that they support and protect each other.

Our Farm

Their plan is to start by planting trees and shrubs in two rows to create a natural protective barrier. Their garden is designed in different zones. They have created open beds for growing vegetables, herbs, and flowers. They also plan to build greenhouses, one of which will be heated for seedling production. As well as a comprehensive ecosystem in which to raise several species of animals.

A Look into the Future

In the future, they hope to establish a farm where they can teach and train other like-minded people in this type of farming and agriculture… Their goal is to create a place that attracts people—and especially children—through educational gardening. To create a vibrant ecosystem that everyone can touch, see, and feel. They want to inspire young people to start producing their own food and become self-sufficient.
